Q.04Is there a minimum stay?
Two nights minimum at both villas.
Q.05How does check-in work?
After booking, we send you a link to your private guest page. There you upload a passport photo (non-Japanese guests) and complete a short guest registry for everyone in your party — a step required by Japanese law. Once submitted, your check-in details (address, access, Wi-Fi, entrance keybox PIN) appear on the page. A staff member usually meets you at the villa for in-person ID verification. You can message us anytime through the guest page during your stay.
Q.06What languages can the host handle?
Japanese, plus real-time translation for virtually any language. Most replies within an hour.
